As a Governor or Trustee
Being a school governor or trustee is a challenging but hugely rewarding role. It will give you the chance to make a real difference to young people, give something back to your local community and use and develop your skills in a board-level environment.
At Leigh Trust, we believe that strong governance is vital to ensuring that every child receives the highest quality education. Our Trustees and Governors play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our schools, holding leadership to account, and upholding the values that define our Multi Academy Trust.
We are committed to building diverse governance teams that reflect the communities we serve. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and experiences who share our passion for education and want to contribute their skills to drive positive change.
