Position - Trust Safeguarding Lead

As Executive Head Teacher and Trust Strategic School Improvement Lead, I am a member of the Trust Executive Team with responsibility for driving improvement across the schools. My work focuses on Quality First Teaching, raising the quality of education, and ensuring all pupils are well-prepared for the next stage of learning.

I lead on safeguarding, SEND/Inclusive practice, and Pupil Premium, and have successfully established resource bases across the Trust for autistic pupils. Having worked in a range of school roles, I have a strong understanding of how to build and develop high-functioning teams.

I am committed to providing the best opportunities for every child and to the continuous development of staff. I have a proven track record of transforming schools with challenging Ofsted outcomes into purposeful, high-quality learning environments.
